Motel California (2025)

Summary: Ji Gang Hui grew up in Motel California, which her father ran in her rural hometown village. Her mother was also of mixed race. Because of her odd familial background, Gang Hui was the subject of murmurs and rumor among the local population. Gang Hui held a great hurt in her heart since that time. She admired her childhood buddy Cheon Yeon Su, who was her first love. When she turned 20, she left her birthplace and relocated to Seoul. 12 years later, she works as an interior designer and is at the pinnacle of her career, but for some reason, she decides to return to her hometown. She reconnects with her first love, Cheon Yeon Su.

Cheon Yeon Su works as a veterinarian in the village. He has only loved one woman, Gang Hui, although he has gotten a lot of attention from farmers who want to introduce him to their daughters. To avoid these types of awkward circumstances, he does not confirm the rumor that he is going to marry a colleague veterinarian. His first love, Gang Hui, reappears after 12 years.
