Synopsis:

Love For You (2026), Set in the 1990s, Chen Yi and Miao Jing first meet through their parents. Their relationship gets off to a rocky start, with Chen Yi harboring resentment toward Miao Jing. But after an unexpected injury, Miao Jing’s kindness gradually breaks down the walls between them, turning hostility into a close bond.

Their happiness is short-lived when tragedy strikes. Chen Yi loses his father, while Miao Jing’s mother suddenly disappears. As the adults’ lives fall apart, the two young friends find themselves relying on each other for comfort and support.

Years later, while attending college, Miao Jing finally confesses her feelings to Chen Yi. Before they can embrace a future together, Chen Yi becomes entangled in an arson investigation as a key witness. To protect Miao Jing, he pushes her away and convinces her to leave Tengcheng while he cooperates with the authorities.

After years apart, fate reunites them. Chen Yi is now running a billiard hall, while Miao Jing returns to Tengcheng as an auditor for Good Luck Logistics. Their unexpected reunion gives them a chance to confront the past, heal old wounds, and rediscover the love they once shared.
