Summary: Cha Jeong U, an emergency medicine doctor, lost his lover in an unexplained occurrence. Following the experience, he chose to become a worldly plastic surgeon rather than a respectable doctor.

Jeong U is regarded as a god’s hand in the plastic surgery industry because to his exceptional anatomical understanding and precise, nimble fingers. He is flawless in every way, except for the fact that he lacks emotional communication with his patients. Although he is unconcerned about his patients’ well-being, he becomes famous as a virtuous doctor after inadvertently meddling in the case of homicide investigator Lee Min Hyeong, who is genuinely concerned about the victim.
