Summary: Is Cheng Yao’s aspiration to become a renowned attorney going to be realized? That seems to be the case when she is unintentionally hired by a prestigious law practice. She moves in closer to her new workspace, full of excitement. With great optimism, she moves in and meets Qian Heng, her new roommate, right away. On her first day of work, however, she is in for a shock.
She finds out that Qian Heng is her immediate supervisor at work, and he’s very difficult to get along with! She soon discovers that her training session has become a baptism of fire, and she begins to suspect that he is attempting to drive her from the firm. However, Cheng Yao won’t give up that easy. She puts in much more effort since she is certain that she can succeed. Could her fervor set this couple up for harmony, perhaps love?
