Summary
Loh Ki Wan was a North Korean defector. His mother, Ok Hee, brought him from North Korea to the foreign land of Belgium. He wants to settle in the nation, but the only way he can do so is if the Belgian government grants him asylum. He struggles for that. Loh Ki Wan then meets Marie.
