Summary:
Lee Yeo Reum is a young lady whose job and life are thriving: she was recently granted permanent contract status at work, and she has a partner whom she adores. She is then struck with a double whammy of misfortune as her job becomes more difficult. Moments after her lover breaks up with her, her mother dies in a horrific accident. She resolves to leave her work, go to the beach, and do nothing for a time – at least until she can recharge her batteries and heal emotionally.
She relocates to the Angok coastal community. And it is here that she meets An Dae Beom, a stuttering librarian who also has a number of secrets. In the past, he was a mathematical genius with a promising academic career. However, circumstances have compelled him to abandon the urban and academic lifestyles. What will transpire when these two lost souls meet, and can a spell of “doing nothing” in this little village really heal their ailments?
