Synopsis:
It tells the love story of a general who has faced several obstacles on his path to success and a lady who triumphs over numerous obstacles to become a female official.
Even though Mu Zhuo Hua is an illegitimate daughter, she defies social norms for women in her period by fleeing her own wedding and traveling to the capital in search of employment as a female official. She encounters Liu Yan, dubbed the god of battle, along the way. Even after losing the combat, he perseveres in seeking revenge and goes through trials to make up for his losses. Even though the two first sought to take advantage of one another for their personal gain, they ultimately teamed together to improve the country and make it possible for women to have official positions in the legal system.
