Synopsis:
Chen Qian, a military spy in Shanghai in 1943, was assigned to murder the Japanese but fell into the trap of Yujiro Ida, the chief of Japan’s secret agency. Born on that day, I accidently discovered the Japanese plot. To thwart the invaders’ evil scheme, Chen Qian undertook special training and disguised himself as a Japanese diplomat to visit Mei’s agency once again. Chen Qian, who ventured deep into the enemy’s camp, traveled step by step in the dark, on thin ice, and repeatedly escaped danger with the support of Communist Party member Chun Yang.
Chen Qian was stunned and steadily strengthened his communist ideology after seeing the sacrifice of numerous Communists. Following that, he worked with the Communist underground organization to effectively foil the Japanese aggressors’ scheme. Following the fall of the Japanese army, Chen Qian returned to Juntong as a hidden Communist Party member and collaborated with the new Communist Party’s “Flying Sky” unit.
