Synopsis:
Kim Ji Yong’s mother was killed by beatings on the street while he was a little boy. The offender was only sentenced to three and a half years in jail. As an adult, Kim Ji Yong observes that the person who killed his mother hasn’t changed at all. Ji Yong decides to handle things himself and gives him a severe beating.Kim Ji Yong then starts leading two completely different lifestyles. He attends the police university like a good student throughout the week. He punishes offenders who have received minor terms yet still commit crimes on the weekends. Ji Yong, now known as Vigilante, gets assistance from admirer Cho Kang Ok. Detective Cho Heon is pursuing the guy known as Vigilante in the meanwhile.
